"The modern workplace asks a great deal of people. It asks for focus, for performance, for resilience - often without creating space for any of them to be genuinely replenished. Mōwai Stories brings art therapy into organisational settings not as a novelty, but as a serious intervention for burnout, stress, disconnection, and emotional fatigue.
Workshops are facilitated experiences - not presentations. Participants make something, reflect on it, and leave with practical tools for self-regulation and creative expression they can return to independently."
Workshop formats: - The Pause (2 hours): A guided introduction to art for stress relief. Mandala drawing, visual journaling, group reflection. - Reset (Half day): Deeper dive - burnout mapping, resilience building through visual narrative, individual and group work. - Wellbeing Series (Monthly): Ongoing creative wellbeing programme tailored to your team's evolving needs.
